I am Filipina. Can I obtain Malaysia passport by marrying a muslim there who already has first wife?

I am visitor in Malaysia on social visit pass. I have a moslim boyfriend who already has a wife here. He says he can marry me also an make me a Malaysian citizen. Is this true? Will I need to also become a Moslim?
