I am for Amnesty for the people already here then securing our borders. Its the only way to fix this issue without violence.

You do know they're 10's of thousands of immigrants that are following the legal process of becoming U.S. citizens; They are not included on any of the new immigration laws they were trying to pass. It seems that the law breakers are getting a free pass from our govt and no rewards for the good folks doing it the right way! The laws we have in place are not being enforced. Illegals would leave if we only went after any and all business's that were hiring them. Levee a huge fine on the business, and you'll see the illegals either go back home or go through the legal channels.
Amnesty? NO !!
Deportation? YES !!
Just whites? NOPE, Guess again !
Illegals ARE criminals, the minute they crossed the border without proper papers they committed a felony - come on you can't be that dense !

Rewarding criminals is not a smart thing.
First of all, yes they are criminals. They broke the law to cross our borders, or to stay in this country once their VISA ran out. There is now a process to go through to stay or come to this country legal. We do this to protect the people that are legal here.
Now back in the day, immigration was a lot less difficult because we didn't have to worry about bombs blowing up or planes running into our buildings. This is a concern in this day so the immigration laws are much more in depth.
And this is not just white people. Americans of all colors are fighting this. And it's not just those born in this country. Also the legal immigrants are fighting this. They went through the paperwork, why can't the illegals, what do they have to hide?
I stand against it.
Armando, since you are 16, here is some advice. Try to look at the issue from both sides.
This has nothing to do with feelings, it has to do with the law. Illegals know it is a risk coming to the united states. Everyday of their lives they know they could be deported. They put themselves and their families in this situation.
There are legal channels all immigrants must go through. There are thousands of LEGAL immigrants waiting years and years to become citizens. Going through the right channels, jumping through the right hoops. Is it right to ignore their struggles and reward those who didn't follow the rules?
Under the current law, the game is to survive in the U.S. undetected, avoid deportation, have kids and raise them. Some make it, some don't. That is the way it has to be until the law changes. I don't believe amnesty is the answer.
By the way, it is not only whites that are against amnesty.
Sure you will see tons of racist people on the web, who say disgusting pointless things about Mexicans. It hurts, but just ignore it and don't stoop to their level. The majority of people who are against amnesty are all about the law. Without law, what do we have?

They are criminals that's why they are called "illegals" ILLEGAL=CRIMINAL. It's not exactly rocket science. If we grant these criminals amnesty then are were going to grant amnesty to every other criminal as well? If someone broke into your house would you look at them and say "It's ok that you broke into my house because you only want a better life for yourself" No you would not, so why is it ok for them to break into your country?

Because no one can tell the difference between a La Raza or an Aztlan proponant, it is safer to get rid of all illegals and have control over who comes here. The race doesn't matter as much as the legality and safety of our nation.
Most of the Africans were not illegals, they were forced here as slaves. The others you speak of were not illegals, we wanted to build our population. None of these people came here demanding America change for them, they came knowing they had to change and become a part of America.
Many of us have a dream that people living here will have all came legally and earned citizenship by their adherence to our laws.
We have an unemployment rate of 4.8%, this translates to about 15 million people. Why would we want 12-20 million people to come here illegaly and steal jobs from our citizens by accepting lower pay?
We need to maintain a control over immigration to not strain our resources, the ones who come legally should not worry about lawbreakers jumping past them in line and taking the jobs they might get.
We can create new jobs, build new highways, and prepare for a certain amount of legal immmigrants that are planned for; not this sudden influx of people whom we know nothing about. We are unable to screen for criminals or get an accurate count.
Asking why it is just white people protesting against you is as inacurate as saying all Mexicans are illegal, neither statment is true and you are old enough to know that. Statements like that do help to drive a wedge further between whites and Mexicans. So you yourself with statements like that, hurt the legal Mexican immigrants.
