And if they are assylum seekers then why arn't they staying in there first port of call!!!
If we were to give them whatever benefits are available in their home nation then I don't think so many would be in a rush to come here!!!!

If I tried to fly from abroad into the UK but didn't have the necessary paper work, I would not be allowed to fly. If I did manage to get through, I would be returned to the plane and it becomes the airlines responsibility to fly me back.
The French have been reported to round up these people and ship them down to Calais or wherever so that they are not their responsibility.
International law states that a refugee should seek asylum in the first neutral country he comes to. But just because the French sign up to an EU agreement does not mean to them that they are bound by it - they blockaded British beef long after the EU courts decided this was illegal.
But the blame does not lie with the French. It lies with British politicians for failing to do anything about it when the answer is staring them in the face.

The Government should start a compulsory homeward bound scheme and send them all back to their own Country.

Immigrants are a good thing and sure they want the Britain benefits. But they also may be looking for work.
