Who in congress is in Mexico's pocket?

""...Mexican consulates in the United States will talk with state and federal lawmakers, business chambers, civic organizations and "all actors of U.S. society"...

"Mexico wants Washington to usher in reforms to create a guest worker program, provide a legal path for millions of Mexicans living in the United States and allow for the reunification of families split by immigration laws"

Which lawmakers [in the house and senate, state and local goverments] do you think Mexico has paid off to get a bill through.

Answer:
All of the Democrats and half of the Republicans.

Even though he is not in Congress, so is the President.
Must be all of them! For the life of me I cannot understand why the US government would allow such porous borders. You're not only inviting in undocumented aliens, but you're also keeping the door open for potential terrorist infliltration. I think somebody has the politicians paid off, no doubt about it.
As far as I know Duncan Hunter and possibly Huckabee is active on building the fence in San Diego. However he may have gotten 'the word' by now. I thought Congress had a duty to protect our borders and now they are throwing our border patrol agents in prison? That's not good.
