Make him your slave - why should he get a free lunch (earning extra dollars that he'd send back home) by staying apart from you - don't you deserve enough of him saying that is getting such a good deal out of you.
What? You want to be married but live apart? Relationships like this never last or work due to distance.
What you are suggesting is illegal, it's a marriage of convenience. If found out, you could be charged with a felony. I wouldn't try it, especially in this day and age.

Why would you marry someone and live at separate places?That makes no sense unless you are marrying him just so he can be a legal U.S. citizen.If that's the case you shouldn't do it,it's illegal.We already have enough illegals in this country.If that's the only reason you are doing this I hope you get caught and go to jail.
As long as you are marrying him for love and not for just helping him to get him legalized his status in the US. Dont ever marry him not because of love period.
Sounds like he found a sucker to help him get status in the US. I'd find someone else that doesnt have this problem. Whole thing sounds like a scam and is illegal.
if you know he's an illegal you then know he's a criminal and why would you want to marry him ?. you should be jailed for it but that wont happen however if he were to be caught he would be deported and i hope he is !!!

2. Yes, there are many legal issues at work here. large fines and prison time for you, deportation for him.
