Renewing my TN visa? How to guaranteed a renewal?

I am a 26- year old canadian citizen, i went to school in NJ and received my degree. I was recently granted a Tn-visa to work. My visa expires June 2008, the lawyers i spoke to say that i should have no problem renewing my visa, however i have been reading that the renewal of a TN visa is harder than being granted a TN visa the first time. In Canada i live with my parents. I really have nothing ties to Canada. Will this work against me, when i try to re-new next June? I only took the job in Jersey becasue i wanted experience, and i know that it will be hard for me to find work in Montreal (being that I graduated from a school in jersey). I would like to renew my viase for another 3 years, becasue i know that no job is really going to look at you, if you do not have a minimum of three years of experience under your belt. What steps whould i take to proove that i have ties in Montreal, and that i am only in the USA to work and obtain experience, for when i finally go back to Montreal.

Answer:
Bottomline:

1. Intent.
2. Job description match to qualified TN category.
3. Specification and documentation.

Intent is such a subjective criteria. If you are single and have no ties but have intention to return after you have good experience under your belt, you will be OK. You state "I only took the job in Jersey becasue i wanted experience, and i know that it will be hard for me to find work in Montreal (being that I graduated from a school in jersey)". I am convinced.

Just ensure that you are not trying to fit a square in a round hole. Comply with the provisions. Do not make up stuff to file papers and do something else.

Document your job duties and performance. For example, if your employer has a website which describes your job and what you do, etc. You could also get testimonials from clients, colleagues, etc.

I think you will be OK. I did a search on TN renewal before writing to you and understand your fear and prospective.

But if you meet those 3 conditions well, you will have no trouble at all.
