go through uscis.gov Notice the '.gov' at the end. This is the government website. One of the first things you will see on the home page is a warning of scams from other websites. I have no knowledge of usmsystems, however, I see no benefit to you from paying a fee to a 'consultant'. If you are in a complex situtation and need an ATTORNEY, that is different.
P.S. if what you need is a job, try Monster.com or some such. Big companies are more likely to be willing to deal with immigration issues than small ones, typically.
