How do I get Mexican dual citizenship?
Answer:
He can't, unless he moves to Mexico and lives there for long enough. Then applies for citizenship there. For him to do it here in America, he would have to be born in Mexico and be currently living here in the USA
That sounds like an immigration lawyers expertise to me. Have you tried the Yellow Pages under this specialty, in the attorney section?
Simple. Your son is entitled to Mexican citizenship through you. If you are in the US, contact the nearest Mexican Embassy or consulate and apply.

Visit your nearest Consulado Mexicano office for forms and specifics. Search updated address on phone directory or call for phone directory assistance.
go to your closest Mexican consulate and apply for him. There is one in Chicago, and one in Kansas City, but I think there should be one in every major city.
