3,5 billions for the war in Iraq since the first day of invasion to December 31st 2006.
Additional 1.00 billions for more soldiers weapons, etc.
This money went to arms factories, drug smugglers, Yankee mafia.
Support for corrupt politicians, who are now stealing oil from Iraq with no benefit for the USA people.
I don't live in L.A., but I know my taxes go to all kinds of nonsense that I would never support, that's just the way it is.

Depends on who you ask. I believe that we support the lazy people, the criminals. I have seen people on welfare have more money than I do. I have seen people who are in need and can not get any help. I have seen people get inspections passed when the work was not even completed or done by code books. Where do you think taxes go?????

The Middle Class pay all the taxes, those taxes go to take care of the poor(or so-called poor) thru tax based programs(welfare), The rich sit on top laughing at all of us, paying no tax, or having plenty of CPA's to make sure they pay very little, if any. The Middle Class have carried the burden of this for too long, now they pass laws like CLINTON did in 1994, like NAFTA(free trade with Mexico) that has cost the American Middle Class, some 4 million factory jobs, that's like 1/2 BILLION dollars that the Middle Class is NO longer bringing home to support their families, the rest of the taxes go to crazy grant programs, foreign countries and the all time best you never hear about is, like say a big wig in NYC needs a couple of billion, the feds send say 5 billion to say Mexico (foreign aid) and 2 billion comes straight back to NYC, anyway as soon as the politicians destroy the Middle Class, like they have been trying to do the past 30 years, then the country will fall like a rock
