I hope none of the idiots that have answered your question have put you off coming here. I think if you contact your local British embassy they will be able to help you.
Use the internet and visit the HOME OFFICE WEBSITE, they will have a list of their immigration agencies.
You have to queue up like everyone else. You do not need a lawyer. Just go to your local British Embassy or Consulate and ask at the Visa department. There are NO shortcuts.

Two things really:
1- As far as i am aware we don't appear to have an immigration office in this country anymore. It would appear that we have an open door policy to all and sundry, regardless of the reasons for anting to ove here. Even if you did enter illegally and were unlucky ( and I do mean unlucky because the chances of you getting caught are literally 0!!) enough to be caught. We would probably fly you home first class and give you a little resettlement money to make life a little easier.
2- Why on earth would anyone want to move to the UK?? Rain, frost, cloud, pollution, over-crowded, failing public transport, a road system that is woefully underfunded, a health service that has potentially 2 years left before it collapses. Look at the figures, most residents are looking to emigrate. Theonly restriction being that other countries have a more stringent vetting process than us.
The UK is too overcrowded already. Try going to another country. The Brits are being forced out of their own country through it being already full of immigrants.

The best place for advice is the Home office...they have a website. They will also be able to direct to other agencies that might be of help.
