Immigration and Divorce?

Can a person file for a Fiance Visa while awaiting divorce proceedings

Answer:
Interesting question. I would guess the answer is 'no'. In order to obtain a fiance visa the parties must be eligible to get married. They cannot get married if one of them is married to another person.
Nope and the person has to be divorced for like six months anyways/
No, that would be considered an oxymoron, unless there is some gaping legal loophole for this. Your attorney would be the best source of information on this in your particular state/situation.
no that would constitute bigomy
