Have you asked pointed questions about illegal immigration that fail to ever post....Is it just me?
Answer:
It isn't just you. Mostly mine post far later - I think certain words are picked up by filters. When they do post they may be a page or two down, however, which means people looking for 'new questions' don't see them. I think Y/A should put them at the top if they are delayed. I understand that they want to screen some, because some really are egregious, but they don't have to be 'hidden' when they finally pop up.
I hope my answer gets in before they remove your question :)
I just think it is a very touchy subject and 'the community' is trying to make sure that answers remains a positive environment.
haha no.. it's not just you.. welcome to censorship. isnt it great? just ask china
No, new here, but I bet it is because anyone and everyone is too chicken to just leave the posting alone, maybe Yahoo is fearful of being labeled racist instead of allowing people freedom of speech!!!
Besides, then there are those OBLer's who want to silence anyone with an opinion that opposes their empty rheotric!
i don't bother with posting, yahoo don't like posting questions from people who are agents illegals. so i gave up on posting. i say what i feel i have to say when i answer.
LONG LIVE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
I have, but they were posted. In politics, it happened to me once where it wasn't. I really don't think it's Yahoo! rejecting your question, I rather think it is their site making an error. Sometimes you must refresh a page before sending a question, and even messages. I often have to click a back button, or refresh my mail. But just for the sake of saying the truth, illegals are not immigrant's. They are criminal trespasser's.
It kind like running a shooting gallery at the fair. Folks pay their money and get to take a few shots at the metal ducks and bobbing metal jack rabbits. But then some goons come along and start turning the guns on the crowds around the fair.
Point is, you wanna run the biz but you can't let those "goons" (free thinkers, racists, radicals and general trouble makers) get their toes in the door. They'll ruin it for everyone is the thought.
Actually, it is a fine balance. If you don't limit it to some degree you can be justified as a wrong doer. If you limit too much, you kill the game. Then who wants to play.
There are some real Liberal goal tenders in the Yahoo crowd but I suspect the Kings and Queens of the roost don't look too kindly on over active censorship.
Certain issues really bring up the grill. Like population control.
Don't come down o the Mexicanos too hard either. Their crowd sits around working the system to styme and squelch as much as possible.
I've been deleted, voided, barred and turned out as have my questions and answers. Frankly, I see it as as sign of the times, what we all have to look forward to in the future ...and a pretty clear inidcation, the USA is cominghas come, to an end.
From the ashes a Phoenix rises.
Don't hold your breath.
These immigration questions are often so tired and over asked that it really doesnt matter. Looking around us, we intellegent and humanistic individuals see that the fabric of our society will benefit more from a compassionate look at immigration issues rather than a selfish and fearful position. Too few americans understand their privilege and therefore do not understand how it might be shared.
I posted one the other day about Jose Angel Gutierrez and it took over 2 hrs to post, and when it did post it posted with all the questions posted with all the questions that DID post 2hrs before.
We are being sensored my friend, it happens to a lot of us. Just always take the time to look back a few hours on immigration questions and you will see a lot of unanswered questions posted. We owe it to each other to look pass the 1st page of questions. And if you ever have a question that doesn't post I.M. someone and have them pull up your profile so they can answer your questions.
We have this so-called contact/fan system now, so this gives us the oppprtunity to view each others questions more easily.
i will agree that immigration is a touchy subject.but yahoo censoring questions defeats the whole purpose.
thees are not sexual or threatening questions but facts
about a broken system that desperately needs repair and yahoo by censorship only adds to the already inflamed topic
illegal aliens must be deported. get rid of all illegals!
