Do you think it is true that there are a lot of scared Illegals immigrants running for the hills now that ICE?

has been starting to run major deportation and collection raids on illegal immigrants.

I have been reading in different newspapers that quite a few illegals in different towns in California are leaving communities that are cracking down on illegals in their communities.
Apparently ICE and other authorities are doing major roundups of illegals (mostly Mexicanos) and it has caused a great stir among them, scaring them/their kids and many parents are keeping their children home lest they be seperated when La Migra comes a knocking.
If this is true, it shows how easily routing illegal immigrants might well be. What do you think?

Answer:
some might be.but for everybodys info illegal immigrants cant get welfare or ss dumdass
It is true that whole towns are losing significant portions of their population when the INS starts cracking down BUT this is in really small towns and they don't LEAVE the USA, they just move.

This clearly would not be an effective way to deal with illegal immigration because it just moves the problem from one place to another but still keeps it within the USA.
If only it were that simple. In a few years, when everyone forgets about the Hazleton Illegal Immigration issues, the Mexicans will be right back where they were. They aren't scared, they're only pretending to be to get attention "us poor illegals sucking welfare, SSI, Section 8, and the police force dry, we're so SCARED" as they laugh uncontrollably.

Did you know that the lawsuit that stemmed over the Hazleton IIRAwas filed by ILLEGAL immigrants using John and Jane Doe to remain anonymous, since they can't FILE a lawsuit in a country where they exist ILLEGALLY. And the judge is letting them get away with it!!

I don't know about anyone else, but my family is planning on moving to Canada, before my daughters get much older and start wearing the horrendous, ugliest, trampiest clothes I've ever seen that they sell at Walmart now.
It needs to be started simultaneously both on the east and west coasts as well as the northern states so as to push them towards the middle, then down.
I live in California. They are only rounding up criminals that are criminals to both Americans and immigrants, not all undocumented immigrants as you call them. They are arresting drug and theft rings and other wanted criminals. This is a compromise between "rounding up and deporting everybody" and letting anyone and their dog come in and do whatever they want. There's a difference between fact and fear. The illegals fear deportation because they know they are here illegally and could be deported BY LAW. But the police are reluctant to get involved because many cities have become sanctuary cities and have ordered their law enforcement not to participate in immigration raids. So they have come to terms with the internal conflict and have compromised with only arresting people actively committing crimes.
I think it's a step in the right direction, not only for dealing with the down side of illegal immigration, but for compromise between two extremely opposed groups.
I think ICE needs to go sit on a hot stool.
Oh of course its true, you can't hear the thunder and feel the earth shaking from all of 12 million of them running at once?
They just move somewhere else and take their Section 8 with them.
When they all moved out of Hazelton, they must have all moved down the road to my boyfriends town. His town is now a toilet.Rapes, murders, crime have all increased.People are trying to sell their homes and get out,but no one wants to buy them.
Wish they all were running scared, but I think most just don't care.
I don't know what to think. I suspect a lot are just relocating, such as from companies which are being targetted. It would be nice to think enforcement is actually working, though.
