If you mean Curacao, Dutch Antilles, I visited there on a Caribbean cruise. It is a beautiful place, we went to Willemstad. We did not need visas for this but you would do well to check if you plan a holiday there.
I have been to Oranjstad, Aruba, as well, it isequally as beautiful. Unfortunately we didn't stop at Bonaire otherwise I would have the full set so to speak. They are also known as the ABC Islands.
They speak Dutch, Spanish and English.
