I tell you this, if there IS a reward, it means that the person you are turning in is serious trouble, and by turning him in, it may end up costing you more (think it twice before telling your name for a couple dollars)
Call the Mexican government. If anything the reward will be knowing that this person is out of here.

Well, the rewards program is not fully developed yet. As it is
now, when you report an illegal alien and homeland security
will give you this little card with a hole punched out in it. After
you get five holes punched in the card for turning in the illegal
immigrant the sixth one free!
