What happens if your visa expired?
Answer:
Since your visa has expired, if you leave the country you will have to re-apply to come back. As I am not sure what the visa was for, the best thing would be to apply for an extension if you need to stay in the country longer.
Say for example if it was an F-1 visa and you have not completed your education, get a letter from the school stating that, and include a copy of your transcripts showing that you have been going to school as you were supposed to and whatever other documents they ask and you can use that to apply for another visa, or rather an extension on the one you have.
nothing that the hole problem!
i think you pay NO Fine!
next time you apply for a Visa to enter USA again. it's likely to be denied for overstaying your past visa?
You need to go to the embassy for your country in the US and they will help you get a temporary Visa or at least let you know what you need to do to get back into your country. Actually, I don't think you would need your Visa to get back into your country, just to stay in the US
do not know
You are an illegal immigrant then. There is a possibilty that you can not be let back if you leave.
