Just a question for those that against amnesty? What should we do?
Mass Deportation and kicking out out these people is not going to happen, so we might as well go to plan B. People seem to be against amnesty, but I'd just like to know viable solutions for those that constantly attack amnesty resolutions.

I agree mass deportation is not the answer but amnesty is not either. Why reward someone for breaking the law. My answer is to dry up all sources of state and federal benefits and privileges (IE: right to own property , drivers license, food stamps, free schooling, automatic citizenship if born here. Penalties to employers who hire illegals, Once the $$$ dry up they will go back home as this will not be a friendly are for them to go. Some areas this is already starting and looks promising.
Actually we could deport them. And we don't need a wall, all we have to do is enforce the laws that we have.

The way I see it, the most effective way would be to go after the people who employ ilegal aliens. Hit them with fines so big they more than offset the money they saved by employing them illegally. It would be rather hard for the illegal immigrants to find work when no one will hire them.
I think that we should build the wall, and then begin stiff enforcement of employers. When enough employers get sent to jail for employing them, they will stop hiring them. I think that when they can't get a job, the illegals will self-deport.
Mass Deportation HAS worked in the past...they did it in the 1950s and it took 30 years for them to try to come back to the US!
Round illegals up like Germany did the Jews, except we don't kill them, we just pile them all into American trucks, at gun point, and hall them back to where they came from. We build a 5000 mile long electric fence, along the border, including underneath the fence, buried in the ground, every foot or so, some mines, and adapt the same laws as Mexico concerning illegal aliens. The Southern American citizen's will drive them home for free, I'll bet my life on it.
We don't have to kick them out. Cut off all taxpayer support, heavily fine employers hiring them, and substantially increase the property taxes on the homes they rent, and they will self-deport. Cut welfare to all able bodies adults and watch the "jobs Americans won't do" get filled by Americas. And BUILD THE WALL!!!
All and I mean ALL illegals must do the following;
1) register before a 90 day deadline, photo, finger print and DNA
2) receive a two year visa to stay and continue to work, if anyone commits a serious crime before the end of the two year period, instant deportation
3) everyone MUST learn to read and write English fluently
4) after the two years you must return to Mexico or other country for one day
5) next day be reinstated back as a legal immigrant and apply to become a citizen
6) after the standard waiting period and procedures they can become citizens
ALL caught after the 90 day period is instantly deported and put on a No-Return list for five years. If they are caught trying to sneak in again, the five year period is extended past the last intrusion date.
It's not rocket science. Stop giving them work. Nail the large employers first. Trust me, it will stop.
Then allow the police to cathc questionable people and turn the over to ICE to check out and process.
Stop anchor baby program. It's a fraud and a sham in any event. It's not what the 14the Amendment allows or permits.
Stop teaching in Spanish or any other language other than English.
It will take time but in time, the illegals will leave or be caught up.
It wouldn't hurt to put some of the numerous offender types in jail for a while either.When you hear uncle Bene is doing hard time for being caught as an illegal 16 time, you might think twice. Also, just heard they are throwing all the Boss's in jail

This would work. The illegals don't want to be American citizens anyway. If they did they'd apply just like all other serious conender for citizenship.
It wouldn't be a perfect system but it would be fair to immigrants and fair to American citizens and the laws would be being enforced.

The only way to counter react to the mass illegal invasion , is to agrressively begin mass deportation, close our borders, and to retake control of the flow of immigration entering our Country. It will not correct itself over night it will take years to rid the U.S. of all the illegals, just as it took years of immigration laws not being enforced in this Country to bring about the mass illegal invasion. In the mean time, we should severely prosecute and punish anyone who aided or employed any illegals.

Mass deportation is possible. Look at Operation Wet back under Dwight D. Eisenhower. Deported 80,000 and caused another half a million to flee, so it seems pretty effective to me.
America is creating a lot more jobs than our capacity to make more babies, a lot more Americans will retire this year than young Americans starting to work.
Yes they have to be deported because they are breaking the law.
If we need more workers they have to be really educated in the field that they are going to be working and they have to come here legally to stop wages from going down.

The big problem is we don't trust our government to do what it says and it will take real enforcement and dismantling of ALL benefits other than emergency health care to stop the problem going forward.

I would first start with cutting off any kind of aid and education for illegals. Then I would deport all that could not prove that they are legal. It is possible. Costly, true, but not as costly as having to support those that are not here legally.
