If somebody is deported from a country...?

Ok, this guy was deported or kicked out from a country (spain) for some reason, so we know he can never go back to it..

But can he still travel to another country like the USA?

Answer:
Sure, unless that country deports him also. But, like the other poster said...deportees get back in. Where there's a will, there's a way.
Mexican illegal alien criminals are like yoyos. They get deported and they keep coming back!
it depends on why he was deported.

if for a crime nope. not to the usa.
