I NEEDsome HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
Answer:
Your parents should have thought about these things BEFORE they brought you here illegally.
Your father should have received a confirmation notice of the I130 documents he had filed in the 1990's. You need to contact the BCIS, and inquire on the status of the filings, using the receipt number on the Notice document.

Good luck!
Tell your friends you are an illegal alien. Growing up here and going to school here does not make you legal. Sorry to break it to ya. If you have to go online to figure it out then your mom must not care about you that much. Why didn't she make sure you got your residence back in the 1990's? Call Catholic Charities.
save some money and see a immigration lawyer.
Get your Momma and go home to Mexico
You came to the USA illegally, and at age 21 your stepfather filed for you. Contact a lawyer right away. If you are illegal, going to school in the US does not make you legal.
I think you really need to see an immigration lawyer, best of luck
As everyone has already told you, you need to find an immigration lawyer. You can find one by phone book. Just use Yellow page.
Or you can contact him: http://www.horitsu.com/
I'm Japanese and I've never lived in the states illegally. So I'm not sure the lawyer that I know can really help you. But you might be able to find some lawyer by contacting him. Who knows? Anyway, you can e-mail him and tell him the situation you have and what you want to do in the states. Asking him questions is free. So just contact him.
