No, you'd have to get a restraining order. But you can't just say no you can't hang out with her/ him or I'll have you arrested. And if you want a restraining order you have to have probable cause (a REALLY good reason.)

parents is a family that you cant choose since you're born, and they could make your day blue, coz of their rules this and that but they always want you to be the best and good.
friend is a family that you can choose, you always feel happy with em, but they doesnt always want you to be good, and may be they might spoil you.
not as long as u are in her house (whether ur 6 or 26) her rules apply.. Maybe she's banning her for a good reason.. she thinks she is a bad influence on you or she doesn't like her personality...Most parents don't ban their kids friends without a good reason.
