The Mexicans I've worked with will take a crap and not wash their hands, then they want to offer you a bologna and ketchup burrito, yech!
Portable toilets are self contained.
portable toilets are without hot and cold running water. They will leave the area with unclean hands
I think it would be better to have hot water, soap and clean towels available for them to wash their hands. I'd rather see the effort put into this if there was a choice.

Sorry guys, but the reality is, they wont wash there hands no matter how much soap & water they give em. The farmers don't make a profit, & iv'e seen the average mexican worker in action..they spend half of the work day in the honey bucket.
