If someone is an illegal alien in other country will marrying a a resident from that country makes you legal?

Answer:
In most of the world countries this is something that might happen. Look, this is one way to buy land, and have rights to excavate in Greece for example. It is not just a Mexican trying to get a green card. I f you got marrie with a mexican girl and you are a US citizen you can apply for a mexican citizenship so you can own land and get same rights just the legal residents in USA.

Why be worry about it? If you travel and you want to explore the whole world you might want to get some rights to do it and own some properties in a legal way isn't it? Well, sometimes (in most of the cases) retire people find love in other countries and they don't think in a "green card" why not an orange or blue or yellow one? They just want to live as everybody else and enjoy of some goods before they die.
No, an alien or immigrant, legal or otherwise, does not become a citizen automatically upon marriage to a citizen. There is a process of applying, processing and (hopefully) eventual approval by the Federal government. First is Permanent Residency status ("Green card"). Then there's a wait of 3 years or more - depending on situation - for citizenship qualification. The website for the agency which handles this process is: USCIS.GOV

Current illegal status may add some complications which I don't know about; it may be wise to consult an immigration attorney - a lawyer who specializes in immigration issues. There are lots of other web sites which give more information as well.

Perhaps this will help Mrcela
Is that what you are planning? You should be turned in you disrespectful tyrant!
No but there are Americans who marry foreigners so the foreigner can get a green card.
No.
If a person is in the US illegally, I believe that marrying an American will no longer make you legal. It used to be true, but I think the law has changed.
If they are married to the person for three years or above.
Not automatically. You have to apply, wait, and pay like everyone else. I wouldn't marry for citizenship either, that's marriage fraud and you will be deported if caught, and you can probably kiss any chance of getting citizenship here good-bye. Marry for love, and be prepared to wait. Nothing good comes automatically.
