Why is it so easy for a foreigner?

I don't know about the UK but it sure isn't easy to come to the US legally, I know, I came legally.
As a Jamaican I would think that the UK, seat of the now infamous British Empire with so many colonies around the World and the massive slave trade from Africa, would OWE the citizens of these former colonies, many of which still recognize the Queen as Head of State.
You must admit that the British did take millions of people away from their homeland, worked millions to death to grow things like sugar cane and such crops THEN exported all the wealth back to Britain to build a powerful country. These countries are now under-developed, lack capital and the richest people are of British Heritage.
You better let these people come there - it is only fair. Otherwise pay back the colonies what you took from them.
P.S. Take back Cable and Wireless too
