Citizenship for my 4 year old daughter?

I am a us citizen, I have a four year old daughter who came from India, on a Green Card--4 months back. I NEED TO APPLY FOR HER US CITIZENSHIP---N-600 APPLICATION !!
My concern is----I also need to apply for my daughter's health insurance
through-PUBLIC AID----WHICH IS CALLED -----KIDCARE
PROGRAM IN --CHICAGO--ILLINOIS !!
WILL IT AFFECT HER GETTING US CITIZENSHIP--THAT I HAVE APPLIED FOR HER HEALTH INSURANCE---KIDCARE

It should not affect her citizenship status, because as a green card holder she would be entitled to benefits. Also, she is practically a US citizen already through having an American parent so it should not affect her.

Also, because you are a U.S. citizen, she can get a certificate of citizenship pretty much immediately. All it takes is a little time for the paperwork to go through.
