I guess the army has been very succesful in protecting their image.
And secondly, as the military are doing the "job nobody else wants", the society is willing to acept and forget the soldier's behaviour, no matter honor and justice. Besides, their crimes are against a foreign people, so who cares
I was in Jamaica when they had a navy ship land for a little break. They acted fine. I can't say how they act everywhere but there was nothing crazy or out of control with the group that was around us.

Oh really, tell me about all of your years in the service, just how many years do you have in ? You seem to know all there is to know about it. They are doing thier jobs, they do as they are told. Keep in mind that in todays world, you never know who is a friend, unlike in years gone by they do not all wear uniforms
There´s no comparison. Most American soldiers behave themselves when they´re abroad because they get reprimanded by their commanding officers if they don´t.
They are a disgrace,the commanders are afraid of them,they go to town looking like gang bangers from the hood.I think they should be removed from every land ,get them out .I am disgusted with them.I am ashamed of them.
Two ideas for you:
1) Join the military and find out what it's like. Many of these fine soldiers have given up their lives, a lucrative income, time with family and their dreams (not to mention sacrificing life and limb) in order to protect YOUR freedom.
2) Move to Mexico. It sounds like you truly prefer the way the Mexicans behave to the way Americans behave. If you want to be happy, grab a one way ticket and don't let the door hit you on the butt on the way out.
You OBVIOUSLY know absolutely NOTHING about the military or what it is like to fight in a war. Get some experience before shooting your mouth off. This question shows what an idiot YOU truly are.
