You can stay here indefinitely if you claim you are a political refugee. According to the 14th amendment to the constitution, you have to have a hearing before they could send you back, and there are so many people waiting for hearings on this that your whole life may pass before they ever get to you.

Anyway, there is no amnesty and hopefully there never will be. It was a disaster in 1986 and it will bankrupt us in 2007. Amnesty rewards CRIMINALS (illegals are breaking the law). Amnesty is destructive and WRONG!!

one more deportation? Call immigration and tell them you
