It should be reduced to time served,job back with back pay,Campeon also.
The sentence range could go as high as 20. Why 20 would have been recommended in that situation (if truly it was) is another reason to look into the bias of those prosecuting.
The part of the judicial deliberations I read said that the court wished it didn't have to impose upwards of 10 years but felt constrained by 'crime with a gun' mandatory sentencing laws.

12 years was too much. I don't know where you got that info because they were FORCED to sentence them for at least 10 years, because of the gun, and they didn't think that was fair.
They should be pardoned and the government should apologize for this miscarriage of justice!!!!
They were DOING THEIR JOB! The government lied in court and to Congress. Witness lied and some have been fired or forced to resign. The jury was not instructed properly. They weren't given proper representation.
