Why does the US allow these potential DISCIPLES to die at sea during there flight from the Island.

If they make it to land, they can stay. But, yeah, what do you mean about "disciples?"

Not too sure what you mean by disciples, unless you are a Christian and you're talking about those kinds of disciples, but I really don't think that God would let His disciples perish/die before their time. It's horrible to say, but I believe EVERYONE has been appointed a time to die,and that nobody dies before their time.
The US Coast guards are just people doing what they do at work everyday. The thing that caused the division between the US and Cuba was a fight over money though....the trade embargo. Sad, isn't it?
