When Legal Immigrants come to America and take their oath to become a citizen,?

It is a very interesting questions. I think each individual that is in that position should and would answer that questions. I was born in Mexico. I am a Naturalize U.S. Citizen, and I am also a U.S. Navy Veteran. If I am recall to defend my country (The United States) I will definitely go. It will not matter if that country is Iraq, Iran, Russia, or Mexico.
Ps. To be in the real, I do not think that the U.S. and Mexico would ever be in War.
There will be divided loyalties.
Some will fight for Mexico.
Some will fight for US.
If they love Mexico so much, they should stay there.
If they love the US so much, they should come here and be Americans, not Mexican Americans.
I am of Mexican descent, but I am 100% American.
I would not worry about going to war with Mexico. What are they going to do, us their crop-dusters to bomb us
Probably for the USA, I assume. I don't know why this country has to have Mexican-Americans, Latino-Americans, African-Americans, Caucasians-Americans, European-American, Portuguese-Americans, Chinese-Americans, etc. and why we all can't just be Americans.
Well that's just silly. We've had Mexican-Americans and other Latinos in the armed forces for many years. Japanese Americans, German-Americans and Italian-Americans all fought in world War II, and many Russian-Americans served during the cold war. If we went to war with the country your ancestors came from, would you really side against the US?

If they become citizens and are in the age range for selective service and we go to war they might just get a letter from the president drafting them into the military. That would force them to decide where there loyalties lie. If they fight for the US they will be rewarded if they fight for any other country they become an enemy combatant and will be treated as such.
