Hi my brother is in va. beach jail awaiting deportation hearing how long do you think it will take?

He went in on april 16th on a capias charge for not finishing a.s.a.p ordered in 2004 we went to court for that on may 17th 2007 all charges were resolved because of his order of removal from the united states

If he has an order for removal the hearing has already taken place.
