Takes two to tango. Need Paks to also do their part to bring peace and harmony. Will paks do it? That depends on the Govt of the day. Dont believe the people there are interested in peace with India. Conversely some Inidans are also not interested in peace with the Paks. Even if the relation improved there are many outsiders who will want the relationship to sour for their own selfish and stupid reasons. Who are they? US for one.
