No, Fiance's visas are issued in the country you are from by the US Embassy, or the embassy of the country you are going to. One of the worst things you can do is get married. Then you get to go home and apply for a visa like everyone else.
I would suggest you go home and get the Fiancee Visa. Then when you are married you can stay!
I would ask an attorney that deals with these issues!
