How to acquire US citizenship if I have an employer who sent me a letter for a job?

An employer sent me a letter offering me a job,but he don't have the time to do the paper works to bring me on board, what should I do?

Answer:
you can't just acquire U.S. citizenship right away. Your employer would have to sponsor you for a green card, then you can apply for citizenship if you have held the green card for 5 years.

The green card porcess is long and expensive and really depends on the job offered to you, as well as the potential green card category you fit into. I would recmend talking to a lawyer.
Without the job offer you probably would not have a chance to come to the US, now you can go through legal immigration, than go through the same process to become a citizen as every one else has to do
tell him to stop being lazy. why would he offer you the job if he doesn't have time to do the paperwork? you should find another person to hire you
