My sister was deported back to jamaica she just passed away is there any way we can bring her body backtotheus

if there is anyone who knows this answer we would like to bring her body back to the united states to bury her here

Sorry about your loss but i doubt it. The most I know they don't have a problem with was if she was cremated and you had her ashes. You will need to obtain a permit for that but that is the only time I know there was not an issue
No, why would the US want a non-citizen's body to be buried here.
Sorry if some one is deported there is no coming back no matter what, even death. I'm so sorry for your loss!
So sorry to hear about your loss, i know how it feels to lose a sister. I think cremation would be the easiest thing for you. Check google for more info or talk to a local funeral director to see how this things go. i am sure a funeral home would know how to do this things. Take care...
