Was born in US base in Okinawa to Filipino/Japanese can I be considered a US citizen by birth? How to apply?

Born and baptized in the US military base before dad became a US citizen then went home to Philippines. Have my original birth and baptismal certificate could I pursue seeking US citizenship? What are my options?

Answer:
yes you can. you technically are. a US base in a different country is US property, so you were born on US soil if the hospital was located in the base
If you were born in a military hospital then you should be considered American. If you have your birthcertificate that is all you need.
