They didn't shoot a fellow Mexican, the Border Agents were US citizens. And they didn't shoot him for immigration, they shot him for drug smuggling.
"Traitors" to who? They did the job they were hired to do, for the country that hired them to do it.
The traitor is the drug smuggler they shot, who in all likelyhood was supplying drugs to (among others) his fellow Mexicans in both Mexico and the US.
But your attitude of "Mexican's first" illustrates exactly why illegal Mexican immigration is bad for the US.

You need to get your facts straight my friend:
1) There is no such word as Mexican-United Statesains. They are Mexican-Americans. Yes they are better than illegal Mexicans because they actually care about the American system and American laws, unlike illegals!
2) They shot a fellow Mexican because they thought he had a gun and he was illegally entering the US (a crime), bringing drugs into the country (a crime) and trying to run away.
They shot at a law breaker. They believed the law was above race. They identified themselves as Americans first. But even if they did identify themselves as Mexicans, why does that mean that they should accept drug smuggling? Do you think that Mexicans should condone drug smuggling just because the smuggler has brown skin or speaks Spanish?
Move toward self respect and integrity--- don't wallow in garbage and expect others to wallow with you.

The only traitors are people who support illegal immigrants and
their attempts to decriminalize an activity that is illegal for a reason. I don't know if they do or not. There are those who uphold the rule of law over whatever their skin color might be. I don't condone criminal behavior by a white person simply because they are white. If it's a crime, it's a crime. No matter what ethnic background you are or what your skin color is. They claim they want justice but how is it justice when all it amounts to is a blind eye to a specific group of people? They have deported illegals from 167 different countries. But the only "illegals" they are really concerned about is the Mexican ones.

They didn't "shoot a fellow Mexican." The ILLEGAL alien criminal (AKA the drug smuggler) was MEXICAN. Ramos & Compean are AMERICAN HEROES.
They shot him because he was running away and they were doing their job. They shot in SELF DEFENCE becasue they thought that he probably had a gun, even though they didn't see it. Besides, if a drug smuggler is illegally crossing the border with a ton of pot, he'd have a gun to protect himself.

Their duty is to protect the united states, not shoot unarmed people!!! I'm not against border patrol, but i'm against brutality by the law. No matter how much of a scumbag someone is, it is their right to receive a fair trial and to not be beaten or hurt by the law unless of course they are resisting. You don't like it? too bad!
