It is a complete shame and unfortunately with the present state our country is in it will happen again and again.I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't "LOOK" American today.This could be one of my sons who are Native American but have been called every nasty racial slur there is for Mexicans.Even told to go back to Mexico by some brats from school.Thank God my sons have their mental capacities and could answer questions if needed.I hope they really rethink how they are doing things after this debacle.

The guy told the agents he was illegal. If you tell an agent you are illegal you will get deported.

i guess its Americas fault because he doesn't carry proper id and commits crimes too...if he was so innocent why didn't he go to the American embassy in Mexico...he also could have been wanted by the Mexican government...

Did the disabled person lie about his nationality?? Why was he deported? Maybe he was not an american and that is why he did get deported..many people here that are not legal lie, and steal another persons ID, and maybe he/she got caught...
