These two men should be released immediately! Plain and simple. What has been done to these two is insane! Has the one even been given medical treatment after being attacked? I heard that the bastards that did this to him had steal toed boots.

world net dailly is where you get your news? No wonder you have a screwed up opinion...try listening to the true documentation of the case and not the spin that is being spoon fed to you. The men shot a man on purpose. A man that had no weapon and was fleeing. They failed to report that shooting and covered up a crime scene and lied about it to their superiors. They admitted under oath that they were not in danger. One of them tried to hit the immigrant with the butt of the gun and the guy ran, then they shot him. They had their own superiors and partners testify AGAINST them. For a cop to testify against another cop speaks volumes about these two and they most definately belong in prison.
Thanks for the links, there were some I had not seen. I do like the way Sara writes. One thing that confuses me is Bush saying he has "procedures" he has to follow before he can pardon the agents, our Government gave amnesty to the drug smuggler.
In December, Bush issued 16 presidential pardons. In the past six years, the president has issued a total of 113 pardons.
I am so sick-and-tired of our president being deaf-dumb-and blind.
He needs to get out of bed with Mexico and get his head out of him butt and do something for THIS country for a change.
