Do I need a visa to go to USA?
Answer:
I notice that you are in the UK.
Currently, many British citizens traveling on a valid, individual machine readable passport, with a return or onward ticket, and who are staying for less than 90 days, qualify for the Visa Waiver Program. You will be given some forms (I-94) to fill in on the plane to give to immigration on the port of entry.
There are some conditions however: These include people who have been arrested, even if the arrest did not result in a criminal conviction, those with criminal records, (the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act does not apply to U.S. visa law), certain serious communicable illnesses, those who have been refused admission into, or have been deported from, the United States, or have previously overstayed on the VWP. Such travelers must apply for special restricted visas. If they attempt to travel without a visa, they may be refused entry into the United States.
If you are planning on working, studying or staying in the US for more then 90 days then you will need to apply for the necessary visa.
If you are not a British Citizen here is some additional info: http://london.usembassy.gov/cons_new/vis...
Depends on your nationality, passport type and purpose of trip. Look it up on the internet.
Yes.
Try holidaytruths.co.uk they have loads of info about visa to the sates and who need them.
from where? not if you are coming from Mexico or Canada. North America has open borders
Are you kidding? We have 10-20 million illegals immigrants here already and our government isn't doing squat about it. Why trouble yourself with a visa? America has open borders, unless, of course, you plan to fly here; then we'll detain you for further questioning, x-ray your stuff and maybe even strip search you just to make sure you're not a terrorist.
Better to come in through the open southern border. Be sure and wave to the national guard as you pass by. Then, if someone does stop you, pretend to only speak Spanish and they'll leave you alone.
If you need a bank account or home mortgage don't worry about needing any ID, just go to your local Bank of America, you can get everything without a Social Security # or valid ID!!
Que bueno!
.
no --hollywood is part of the u.s.a.
Yes you need a visa. The US changed its policy after 9/11. Obtaining this is the difficult part.
It might have changed but I know you used to have to either go to london or belfast personally to apply for your visa.
