How long the application for I-751 will take to be approved?



Answer:
It depends on which Service Center you filed at. Vermont is currently approving I-751's in about 4 months. Other Service Centers about 6 months or so.
It depends on how long the backlog is. Contact the UCSIS, they will let you know.
Usually 6 months, but only if u have plenty of proof that ur marriage was in good faith & not just to come here & get the green card. They might even ask u to come with ur spouse for a grilling 2 hours interview at the Home Land Security Birou.
My wife and I sent hers in last month. Still waiting. The receipt letter we received said it would take a minimum of 120 days.
