No u can't cuz it's the law. U must have plenty of proof with u that u married in '' good faith ''. The INS is trying to stop the green card marriages cuz many eastern europeans girls have used it then bailed out of the marriage once they got the G. Card. They will grill u at the interview & want to see so maney proofs. I have been through it myself & failed. Now i have to apeal.
No. It has to be in that 90 day window. If you send it in early they would either send back to you or throw it in a pile some place.
