I personally feel there is a better way, I would arrest the employers, the people that do the actual hiring, I would put them in jail for a significant time. I would fine the company' that they worked for maximum amounts. If I put a few out of business that is too bad. I think the message would get around and they would let the illegal aliens go. They would not hire any more. Without jobs, no access to health care, welfare, schools, I think that they would just go home. Or at least someplace else. There would be a lot of job openings for American Citizens. And yes people will do those jobs.
If all the immigrants left, it would leave a lot of open and uninhabited country. And no, I don't think Bush is misleading America. America is doing a very fine job of misleading itself; Bush is just a figurehead. He never did anything on his own before he became President, and he just does what America wants him to do now that he is Pres.
Bush, Jr. couldn't led himself out of a paper bag. He's an idiot blue blood. No, immigrants made America what we are, a great country, sure some immigrants have issues and shouldn't be here, but for the most part, they are hard working people who deserve a shot at the American Dream like everyone else!
Sure there are major issues with the immigration laws but we are a nation of immigrants. The fears and lies spread by the right that immigrants are destroying our country and culture are just plain STUPID! The debate is as old as America itself and our immigrant forefathers did not destroy America as some fools said before. (By the way, immigrants such as Greeks, Italians, Chinese, Irish, and even Germans did not destroy us back then)

There are those that feel that the ILLEGAL immigrants need to be deported and come back the right way.
I think that W. is misleading Americans, however you can't blame the guy if everyone is willing to turn a blind eye to his lies. Also, whether we want to admit it or not immigrants are the people who keep America going. I don't mean to sound rude in any way, but immigrants perform the 'menial,' low-paying, labour-intensive jobs that many Americans just aren't willing to do. As for the illegal immigrants, I think that since they are already here they should be allowed to stay while they are going through the immigration process.

If you are asking should the illegal immigrants be forced to leave, the answer is YES. They are not legally in the country and have no right to remain regardless of what some judges say. To make my point I recommend you go to another country and try to enter illegally and see what happens...Should you be lucky enough to get in, see what happens when you try to get a job. Most countries will turn you over to the immigration authorities and boot your sorry A** out....

Do you mean illegal aliens go? Yes. There is a push to start deporting illegal aliens in mass numbers. Immigrants are here legally, and they stay.
It seems pretty easy to say that we should kick all the illegal immigrants out. But without them who would pick the fruits and vegetables we all eat? Who would do all those other jobs that are beneath the so-called dignity of "real" Americans? I'm not for open borders, but there had better be some logic in all of this. If all the illegals were to leave tomorrow the US economy would come to a halt so quick we wouldn't know what to do. As for whether Bush is misleading this nation, I say one merely needs to look at the fiascoes of either Iraq or New Orleans. But then again, he was (sort of) elected to office. So who's to blame? Probably those people who voted for him.

and if you are talking about the people that don't have legal documents to live in this country, I believed that if they are good people and work hard for there money and help the economy they should get a chance to stay and get there residence
