Is a Schengen Tourist Visa valid for one country or are you only allowed to stay 3 months in ALL EU countries?
Does my tourist visa allow me to stay for 3 months in DENMARK - and then I could get ANOTHER 3 month visa in another EU country (in this instance, France, as my in-laws have a summer home there & it would be the only place I could stay as I couldn't keep living in DK after my 3 months is up)?
OR is the 3 month allowance for 90 days spent in ALL EU countries included in the Schengen treaty?
Could I leave from Denmark for France, once my tourist visa is up here or do I have to return to England (where I would be homeless)? If I was told to return, could I appeal this as I have no home in the UK?
Answer:
The Schengen visa expires after 3 months in Schengen countries, total. Your situation is very strange. Why don't you go to the UK or Canada, and get a job? Then you can pay for a home there. Or you could marry the Danish guy and stop calling his parents "in-laws" without reason. You could then get a job anywhere in the EU, if you take EU citizenship.
