I know that if an international student has a felony on his record, he is deportable,....?
but, what is the possibility for him staying in the USA until he graduates? if he moves to a different state? what are his options whould be so he can stay in the usa at least 3/4 years before he graduates/

Answer:
If he's on probation for the felony he can't move to another state. It's a voilation of his parole and will land him back in the slammer, ready to be deported.
I'm sorry but I don't think he needs to stay in the U.S. to get an education. He can go back home...
He's already lost his options by commiting a felony.
I totally agree with Kathy A.
