1) obtain the necessary government documents, fill in all applicable forms, pay all necessary monies....oh screw it
2) climb the fence like the rest of the beaners!!!
#2 is quicker.

but then you are going to have conservatives who want to kill you
they think they are better because they immigrated a couple generations earlier
or you could get into canada and walk across, there is not much border controll up north

Run across the border; you will be granted amnesty and if a Border Agent actually tries to do his job, he will go to jail and you will get a big check.
It helps if you are a drug dealer and completely unskilled.

Marry a citizen.....you will be here in about a year if they believe your relationship is valid.
If you apply any other way it could be up to a 10 year wait.

Besides marrying someone. You can get a student visa. Just apply to any school & once they have accepted you & send you a letter of acceptance they will also send you a I-20 form. Take that to get your visa & your all set. I hope this helps. Getting a work visa is harder to do, you have to have someone hire you here & then get all the paperwork done.
