The main problem with that solution is we don't know who the bombers are until they blow themselves up..
then wouldnt we be terrorists..??? dammm...think this through...we should pack illegals areound a suicide bomber when we find them to protect real citizens...

Answer: Because the terrorists are not trying to kill Mexicans, they have no reason to kill themselves in Mexico. If Mexico were a world power for these radicals to complain about as they fondle camels... then it would almost make sense.

The problem is, we would first have to figure out who the suicide bombers are. One cannot capture what is not known. Jettisoning them into mexico would be a declaration of war on Mexico and we would lose all of our gardeners and maids.
Sorry, it is not a practical solution.

No. Put them all together on an isolated and unreachable island in the Indian Ocean. Do not offer them any language translating services, and feed them but let them all torture each other.
