As a Canadian citizen, how do I immigrant to USA?

I can always go to USA whenever I want, but I do wanna start my bussiness in the states, I know I could open a bank account and stuff but I'd like to know more info for immigrant to the states.any knows how does it process? Do I have to have a job offer? Can I start my own bussiness instead of finding a job to get the green card?

Why? Our economic outlook looks way better than theirs. However you do have a point that American are huge consumers so that would help you. But I would stay up here perosinally.

As a Canadian, you are entitled to Treaty Investor or Treaty trader visa. You can get the business visa if you have money to invest. it is called E visa.

If you are qualified and have a degree equivalent to BS degree in US, you can qualify for TN visa.
