Getting a UK visa for a pakistani?

I was conned into marrying someone who said he was British - but only did it for Visa - how can I stop him/

Answer:
Assumptions: You are British, your husband is Pakistani, he has yet to obtain INDEFINITE LEAVE (ILR). If he already has ILR then there is nothing you can do - he is lawfully and permanently resident. Otherwise:
1) Report it to the Home Office by letter. If he already has a file reference eg A1234567 - use it. Get a letter onto his file stating the facts and that you do not support any further grants of leave. If you can supply a copy of his passport - do it.
2) If his leave is out of date he is an overstayer - report this to the local immigration enforcement office.
3) If he is yet to enter the UK - inform the entry clearance officers at the British Embassy he is using to apply for a visa. You can find contact details within the MISSIONS ABROAD page on the FCO website.

The immigration enforcement office for West London is called Eaton House. Google "Eaton House immigration" and I'm sure you can find the telephone number. Becket House and Communications House cover central london.

it depends how long you were married for and how long your spouse has lived in the country.Anyway without your supprt he/she cannot get visa very easily.
You can always get him deported by letting the home office know that you were not aware of his citizenship and it was only later on in the relationhip that you realised that he wasn't British and had basically married you for naturalisation. Get it done as soon as possible so that in case of a turn of events you are not prosecuted, for the intent of financial gain etc etc.
Thats the trouble in this country people like you. No wonder this country is not a british isles any more
Don't think you can, could try going to your local mp or cab for advice, but think this one you will just have to live with it, put it down to a hard lesson learned.
