Greencard Replacement Question?

Back in March 2006 I had to replace my greencard since I was leaving the country and I had lost it I filed the I-90 and did my biometrics and was told 6 months. 6 months came and went and they gave me a temporary stamp in my passport so I could leave the country. It has now been almost a year, and every time I check the status it says that it has been recieved and being processed. The online status says it is at the Missouri service center, and when I try to check the processing dates that they are supposed to be currently working on, it shows nothing. I tried to call the 800 info #, the girl that finally answered and told me she had to transfer me to someone that might help me and I was put on hold for over an hour and no-one has answered.I have tried calling many times and still no luck, I even sent e-mails. I contacted my family attourney and he is useless and I don't know what else to do.Has anyone been though this? and What did you do to resolve it. I paid $270 and have receipts.

Answer:
