Question about Visas?

I'm not too familiar with the different Visas, but if you have on the permits you to stay in the US for an unlimited time...then what kind of Visa is that?

Thank you for your help!

Answer:
Foreigners can get a green card that allows them to stay in the states for 10 years. But if they are green card holders for 5 years, they are qualified to take a test to become American citizens. If they are American citizens, they don't need to have any visa.

By the way, there is no visa that allows foreigners to stay in the US for good. But if you want to stay in the states for a long time, get a green card.
